File Formats

We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, PDF file formats. If you have some other format please contact us as we might be able to deal with it as well.

Resolution

Minimum resolution we are able to print is 100 dpi/ppi. The biggest artwork size you can print from your image depends on desired viewing distance, image resolution and dots/pixels per inch (DPI/PPI). Each of which are impacting each other and also depends on your expectations or environment artwork will be used in. If you are not sure and want to go really big - use 100 dpi/ppi and you will be happy with result. Use this print size calculator for help. We will get back to you if we see issues with resolution and desired print size.

We also have the latest technology in industry to enlarge your picture without loss of quality on final print.

Bleed

There is 14 mm (0.55 in) bleed area from all edges of artwork which is folded into the frame thus not visible when artwork is on frame.

Send Image

Use link elasticart.wetransfer.com to send us your image (link is also next to product in description). Steps:

1. Make an order

2. Open elasticart.wetransfer.com

3. Add your image, enter your email and put your order number in message. Press "Transfer".

4. You will receive a verification code to your email (if you are new WeTransfer user)

5. Enter verification code and...Voilà! Your image is sent to us in the most secure way.
